In Office 2003/2007, the shortcuts under People's Calendar and Other's
Calendar disappears when I restart my computer.  I have then go back and

I work in an office where most of the people need to reference a specific
calendar.
Instead of dragging and copying the entire calendar to each user's calendar
or opening up the other calendar and closing my own - is there a way to make

I recall being able to set reminder times as say 4 hours BEFORE appointment
vs. setting it 4 hours AFTER setting up the appointment.  If I have an appt.
5 days from now, I recall I could set a reminder for 4 hours BEORE the time.  
Now, I have to set the reminder 4 days from now ...

I'm an old codger who used to use Appleworks (the one that ran on ProDOS on
the //e) and then Sidekick (no, the old TSR that ran under DOS) and then
Lotus Organizer for keeping track of appointments and tasks. I find it

how can we get back the view where the days are displayed as large boxes with
appointments listed therein and not in the column format as 2007 has it now?

Is there a way to set up a rule for calendar categories. For example, if I
enter an appointment that has the word MEETING in it, I would like Outlook to
automatically assign it to my Red Meeting Category.

I am using Outlook 2007 and everytime I try to edit the page set-up for the
calendar I get the message: "cannot display the dialog box"
I tried repairing Office, but that didn't work.

If I create an event that spans more than one day, it isn't displayed in the
To-Do Bar.  Is there a way to config the event (or is there an option) so
that all day events and events that span >1 day show up?  Thanks in advanced!
