All of a sudden I can no longer save or open existing items in Outlook 2003

I use my Outlook calendar at the office and synchronize my palm pilot (Zire
31) with it. This is a great way to get my business andpersonal appointments
on one calendar, but it causes duplicate entries in both Outlook and onthe
PDA..  Is there a way to avoid the duplicate ...

I am trying to send an invite and I want to hide the attendees list. Do you
know how to hide the list from the recipients?

Recently my appointment window quit comming up in Outlook 2007.   I have
tried diagnostics, uninstall & reinstall Outlook, etc.  NO HELP.  I'm working
on an Exchange server...it works on other computers.  I can't get it to work
with other mail profiles either.

In 07 how do I link an appointment to a contact. I don't want to use BCM.

I have a meeting to send out to a number of employees, this meeting is being
offered a couple of different times and they only need to go to one. Can I do
that in one meeting request? Or do I have to send out two?

I want to sort recurring events by the date the event will next occur. Can
this be done (and how!)?

I'm running MS Small Business Server 2003 on a small network (<15
users), and I need to create a master calendar for all to view, that
co-incides with individual shared calendars.
How do I do this??

I need to populate a field with yes or no if the total is more then 14
from start to End. I can do this in excel =IF(B2-A2>14,"Yes","No") and
I am sure there is a way to do it in Outlook.

I'm trying to find a way to change the calendar view in my Outlook 2007... I
want the weekends to be stacked into one box at the end of the week, with
Monday being the first day of the week.  I don't want the weekend to have
their individual boxes.. i want them to be stacked up ...

Can tasks appear on Outlook Calendars as appointments do?  I know this was
something that Novell Groupwise could do and the owner of our company wants
to do this in Outlook 2007.
