We have recently migrated from GroupWise 6 to Exchange 2003 using
Outlook 2003 SP2 Clients.
We have a number of departments which wish to operate a departmental
diary. The method of operation should be as follows:

I downloaded and installed the DST 2007 patch for DST changes in North
America (from the official Microsoft downloads page).
The program Microsoft time Zone (a systray app) updated/changed correctly
but Outlook 2003 calendars DID NOT and WILL NOT change correctly.

I want to send an email with a hyperlink stating:
To add to your MS Calendar click here
And if they click it opens up a prefilled calendar invite for the recipient
to save.

I want to send a message to a few Outlook users giving them the option to
pick from two possible dates for training.  Is there something in Outlook
that would allow them to select the date they are available and then send the
message back to me?  It should not schedule anything ...
