Good day, I never thought this would be possible but here it is: we use an Exchange server, our system is XP - 2002 - SP2, Outlook 2003. A user does not have the "Share my calendar" option in her Calendar folder. How can that be?

When viewing multiple shared calendars using the day view, Outlook keeps shrinking the width of all the calendars as I view more. Is there any way to have a fixed width & have a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom? I am using Outlook 2007.

I got a request from one of my client to see if there is a way to share a calendar with another user but only show them the blocked time being unavailable instead of being able to see the text he puts in to the event. Is there a way to do this? They run exchange server 6.5,

Many people make appointments by day rather than date, and therefore to make setting appointments easier, I want to show the days (eg Monday) with the date (eg April 9) in the calendar heading row of Outlook. Is it possible to set up Outlook to show this, and if so, how?

On only one of my user's pcs, every time he gets sent a meeting request that we all know is in an hour, his reminder states "this meeting occurs in the past". This all occurred after DST. He has the DST patch and his pc clock has the correct time zone, time, etc.
