CAN OUTLOOK AUTOMATICALLY SHOW ACTUAL AGE EACH YEAR

Hello, I am a novice exchange admin and I have about 10 users on my network
and I would like to setup a public calendar system so we could use outlook
and all have the ability to view each others calendars and schedule events,
invite users and manage tasks, appointments, meetings ...

I have Windows XP SP2, IE 7.0 SP2, Offcie 2003 with the latest critical
patches. After installing the  Live Local Add-in then restarting my PC I
tried creating a new appointment; however, although the "Location" tab was
successfully implemented the entire "Location" tab was ...

I bought the disc but it does not show anywhere on my computer.

We have a solution in place that replicates the free/busy data from another
org and assigns it to AD contacts in our org (the solution just writes
free/busy messages in the F/B public folder, using contact's
legacyExchangeDN).

How do you print a calendar in Outlook 2003 at 2 pages per month with all
days the same size.  I don't want Saturday and Sunday to share a day.

I would like to schedule a reoccurring meeting but it is not at a regular
interval.  For example, I like to schedule a meeting on 1/10, 2/9, 3/19,  
4/15, etc....  How do I do this without doing it individually?

How do I share my calendar in Outlook 2002?  I have it on my home computer
but i would like for my assistant to be able to access it and make changes.

Any changes made to the calendar view are lost after leaving the calendar
view.

I've categories set up the same on 2 pc's running outlook 2007.
If I make an appointment and invite attendees it would be good if the colour
coded categories went with the request to attend.
Can't see that this can be switched on.

I can share my original calendar, but any other calendar I create I cannot
seem to share. Or at least they are not showing up with the shared users of
my original calendar.
How do I share multiple calendars? Please be as detailed as possible as I am

In outlook 2003 on a network of 8 computers we have a problem sharing a
calendar on just one computer. On clicking Share Calandar the window that
opens up is different to the others computers. There are no tabs for
permissions or administration so I cannot select names to share ...

I've tried to reboot my computer, I don't have a PDA either. I've read
everything on here and that message still comes up! :S

Is their a way to have a conference room to automatically be booked as a
resource.  I know you can do manually, but can this be reserved
automatically as a resource?

when attempting to add a new appointment, i get the message "the form
required to view this message cannot be displayed. contact your
administrator". i am the administrator. this just started. how do i fix it?
