I would like to schedule a reoccurring meeting but it is not at a regular
interval.  For example, I like to schedule a meeting on 1/10, 2/9, 3/19,

I've categories set up the same on 2 pc's running outlook 2007.
If I make an appointment and invite attendees it would be good if the colour
coded categories went with the request to attend.
Can't see that this can be switched on.

In outlook 2003 on a network of 8 computers we have a problem sharing a
calendar on just one computer. On clicking Share Calandar the window that
opens up is different to the others computers. There are no tabs for
permissions or administration so I cannot select names to share ...

when attempting to add a new appointment, i get the message "the form
required to view this message cannot be displayed. contact your
administrator". i am the administrator. this just started. how do i fix it?
