How do I get Outlook to find a date that is some number of days in the future such as 90 days for a specified date or 180 days from a specified date. This needs to be done in Calendar when setting appointments and also in tasks when setting due dates.

I am in a small organization where everyone has their individual Outlook calendars. We would like to have a common calendar where all calendar entries from each individual would display and be used as a single view of what is going on across the organization.

I get heaps of meeting requests and I would want to be able to see also those meetings that my PA have declined in my calendar. Often a meeting gets canceled and I want to be able to revisit other meetings on the now available timeslot.

Could someone please explain how I can search a calendar that has been delegated to me ( as "owner") . When I follow the obvious steps, "Find" does not find entries that are definitely on the shared calendar.

I had a problem with Outlook and used the Detect and Repair tab on the Help tab. Outlook is fixed but I lost all my e-mails and appointments I had scheduled in the Calender. Is there a way to recover those? I'm using Office 2003 version.
