I have two calendars, mine and a shared one (bosses). When my boss enters something in his calendar, is it possible to have that event automatically replicate my calendar? Im open to installing add-ins, third-party or not.

I am trying to add an event in my Outlook calendarmultiple times that does not take place with regular recurrence. Is this possible without doing it individually for each date? (Ex: Takes place on May 11, May 15, May 18, May 30...)

We are using outlook 2003 sp2. Some of us cannot close some of the meetings we open. One work around is opening the meeting by series. If we do this we can close the meeting. If we choose open this occurrence, we are unable to close

I have two users using Outlook 2003. The primary user has shared his calendar with his pa and she has create rights to his calendar. When she enters an appointment on his calendar she is able to see the entry but it does not appear on his view of his calendar. Any ideas?

As meeting organizers leave, the new employee must reschedule all recurring meetings because s/he is not able to change the original recurring meeting.

When I print my calendar, none of the continuous events carry forth from one week to the next. That is, if an event begins on Weds and ends on Weds, it only prints from Weds through Sat. Any fixes> Thanks!
