What are properties of  the display icons in Calender enteries?16 May 2007 12:51 GMT1
I have a few people that have a few problems on outlook calender, they have a
few enteries that have little black clocks on them and they have no idea what
they are there for. They all have the same enteries but some have the clocks
and others do not.

i'd like to see today's date at the top of my month and week views.  from
reading previous threads, i gather this isn't a possible option with my
version of outlook (with XP, think it's 2003 or maybe 2000).  if it is
possible, i'd love to know how.

Is it possible to have the birthdays from my contacts setup to automatically
remind me????  I can't seem to find any way to have them poulate from my
contact to my calendar.  Any help would be appreciated! --Thanks

i'd like today to be the first date in view on my month and week views.  in
reading previous threads, it seems like it isn't possible to do this in my
version of outlook (XP, from 2000 or 2003, not positive).  if it is, i'd love
to know how.

My calander appointments from 6 weeks ago are being deleted and end up in my
Deleted Items Folder in Outlook. I sync up my Pocket PC to Outlook, but the

Can someone point me to information that would show how to programmatically
move the calendar in Outlook 2003 to a specific date, eg 1/15/2009? Would

I am using Outlook 2003, and I have a sub calendar, which I do meeting
invites, it tells me it can not tally the response cause it is not in my Main
calendar.  Is there something I can do different so I can have two calendars
and recieve and tally repsonse for both?

I just switched to Outlook 2007.  The "bell" or other symbol for showing an
alarm does not appear in any calendar view.  Is there a way to modify the
view to have it included.  Right now the only way to tell if an appointment
has an alarm set is to open it.

How can I change my free/busy time in Outlook to show that I'm not available
after 4PM.  Normal office hours are 8 to 5, but I leave at 4.  I'd like to

I just installed Outlook 2003 from CD to a newer computer that I recently
purchased. When I opened Outlook's calendar, however, it shows the views
needed (day, week, etc.), but has the properties of the contacts file (even
