I've noticed that once you select other calendars (shared) to view the other calendar view only stays while Outlook is open. When you close down and reopen Outlook, you have to go in and check the other calendar again. Is there anyway to permanently "set" the view to show

We have a public calendar on our Exchange, that everybody can view. There are several of us that can add. For the rest of our users, they can propose something via the "Moderated Folder" feature in Outlook. So basically, they try to add something, and it shoots the moderators
