I am not able to change the calender view in Outlook 2007. I am stuck on the monthly view and if I try to change to any other view weekly or daily, Outlook hangs and then sends a long error report to ms. Any Ideas?

i just figured out how to share my calendat with two other people but am having problems trying to make sure that all three copies of the calendar are alike. Is there some tutorial online that i can read to learn how to use the calendar properly. we are using outlook 2000

By trial and error I figured out the following columns are the minimum neccessary for a csv file for outlook to import. But if I add some columns with unrecognized names, outlook says the file is invalid. Why can't it ignore columns it does not understand?
