I am wondering how to set up Outlook calendaring to prevent the need
for
our programming group (~12 folks) to have to send invites to everyone

I downloaded this MS add-on today, ran it, liked it, then later wanted to use
it and it had vanished. Anybody know why?

Is there any way to display the "Daily Task List" for a shared
calendar, to display shared tasks?  I'd like to be able to have tasks
and calendar displayed together for shared account, just like the way
it is for a regular account.

I am maintaining a shared Google calendar which controls bookings for our
local village hall.  I want to be able export the Google calendar into
Outlook 2003, which I can do using the ical link within the Google calendar.
However, when I import it into Outlook, Outlook does ...

Just installed Office 2007. Great...The only bad thing is the weekview. It is
now in 7 days, all over the screen in long rows.
How can I get the "OLD" oulook 2003 weekview back (2 rows and 7 days)

Somehow I sometimes miss unchecking the box to remind me 15 minutes before an
All Day appointment (sometimes the default is 18 hours ahead, though).
Unfortunately, when I sync my phone, these 11:45pm surprise reminders are
quite annoying.

I often make appointments for my husband at home and forward them as an
e-mail attachment to his office.  We both use Office 2003.  For quite some
time he could just open the attachment and then click "save and close" and
that took care of it.

When I want to enter new appt I try to open "new appt" but I get the dialog
box with "the form required the view this message cannot be displayed.
Contact your administrator"  I am the administrator and have tried every
which way to see how that may not be opened  or unlocked.  ...

I have my calendar set for Month view.  Is there a way to have the current
week always start at the top of the page?  I want to know what is coming up,
more than what has been for the month.

It it just me, or is Outlook (2003) missing the basic idea of biweekly
meetings?
Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly are there, but I cannot believe the "nth"
version of Outlook does not support biweekly meetings! My work-around has

I want to export all my calendar items from Outlook 2007 to an online site.
It needs to be in iCalendar format, however the only export file options do
not include iCal. A CSV file does not work :-(

For a while we have been experiencing issues with Disappearing appoinments.
The scenario involves a Delegate/Owner configuration whereby a delegate

English is not my first language, please sympathize if there is any fault.
I am using Outlook 2007, and I have my calendar like this:
- 1/1/07: Cooking; Wash the car
- 2/1/07: Search the information

If I select View/TaskPad View/Active Tasks for Selected Days, nothing
changes; my completed tasks are still there.  I'm wondering if this has
something to do with the "selected days" part... HELP!

How do I print a monthly calendar for just one category and not all the others?
