I have reproduced this with multiple stations in my environment all using OL2K3 SP2 with all Office hotfixes applied. Can someone try to replicate this? I'd like to get an idea if this is a problem outside of my environment with Exchange 2003 SP2.

My Outlook calendar deletes my appointments at the end of the month. I sync with my pocket pc and it deletes them from there as well. I want to keep appointments for an unlimited time.

I have a user who sets up an appointment, selects either the busy (blue) or out of the office (purple) which is fine. However when the appointment is viewed in the calendar it appears as Free (white). Does any one know how to fix this problem or come across it before.
