Is there any way to avoid having to burn user accounts to set up shared
"resource calendars" for conference rooms and equipment?
Or is there no way around having to set up user accounts without losing the
'scheduling' features that show whether a calendar is 'free/busy'??

I tried to drag an appointment that spanned two days.
I couldn't drag it but finally managed to delete it.
When I clicked on New Appointment, nothing happened.  I've tried every way I
know to add a new appointment without success.  I also tried rebooting.  

How can I intergrate my outlook web access and my outlook calendars?

When I open up a non-recurring appointment to make a change, it automatically
changes to a recurring appointment when I hit "save and close".  Then I have
to go back into the appointment, open the series,  and go to "recurrence" and
remove recurrence.  Is this normal?  Any ideas? ...

It used to work - now it doesn't!  I export my calendar from my works account
in pst format (outlook97).  When I try to import into my outlook 2000 account

Ok i'm using outlook 2007 with a ical feed from a different system
(works well) but it seem to keep updating every minute when the send/
recieve group runs which is good but bad as it needs to be upto date
buy not that upto date :).
