When I start a new calendar event, I put in the info I want & click Save & Close it doesn't show up in my Day/Week/Month view, but it does show up in Event view. How do I get it to show up in the Day/Week/Month view? thanks

My company has a shared calendar policy in which everyone has to make their calendar viewable to everyone. A lot of our management have a lot of confidential meetings and we save all relevant data in the actual meeting booking as majority of them work out of the office.
