I need to be able to change the field "show time as" to out-of-office or
tentative within a vcalendar/icalendar file.
Is this possible? i've tried a lot of things, but none seem to work...
I use outlook 2003. If it isn't possible in this version, what about 2007?

I am trying to coordinate calendars.  My boss wants me to have access to his
calendar to be able to book him appointments. Not just be able to see if he's
busy.  How do I set up appointments in his calendar.  It tells me it is a
read only file.

I'm using Outlook 2003. When I put two appointments into my calendar which
overlap, a warning appears at the top of the window of the second appointment
when I add it which says:
'Conflicts with another appointment on your calendar'.

How can I change events in a published calander from a remote location

I am trying to save a calander view , like for the week, so that I can send
it via email. I would like it to look like the print preview view.  I can't
access the save as choice in the file menu

So I picked the "List" view, set a filter and thought I would get, what I

But I don't! The"List" view seems to bring up recurring appointments exactly

Incorectly entries for single events turn into a recrring one.  It happens
when I try to add a categorie or when I sync it with my Palm device.

Everytime one of my users sends a Meeting Request to a certain co-
worker (let's say, "Betty"), she gets a reply back from System
Administrator that the message was undeliverable to another person
(let's say, "Joe," that was not originally included in the list of

Why is it when I send iCalenders (ics file) from home to work, they
they get converted to a .msg files?  Does anyone have a fix for me?

For about 2 weeks now something is filling up my callendar, I'm having 2
sometimes 4 empty appointments added to each calendar hour.  What is going
on?  Is this a virus is there some setting thats set wrong, is somebody's
appointment makeing e-mail going haywire?
