I have just figure out how to get appt. from Access dumped over to Outlook
but I would also like to be able to get info from Outlook over to ACCESS.

OL2000, we are using Net Folders to maintain one calendar shared with 3
other computers.
   Sharing appears to be in order as the three subscribers all show on the
inviter's computer and all 3 subscribers have editor's rights.

We have Small Business Server with Exchange and the two assistants have
access to the President's calendar for scheduling appointments.  Sometimes
the appointments show up, sometimes not.  He and one assistant have Office
2007, the other has 2003.  There are problems with both ...

When you print any month in the month format, you get dates listed at the
left side of the page for the entire week.  Is there a way to remove that so
it doesn't appear when you print it.

When you print in month mode, the boxes for each day are small for me to
write in.  Is there a way you can make the boxes bigger, so when you want to
write something in, you have more room.

cannot send out appointments; "category must be entered";I have!15 Jun 2007 20:47 GMT1
I am using Outlook 2007 on Vista and cannot send out new appointments in the
calendar.  Despite having allocated a colour category, the message "category
must be entered" is displayed again and again at each attempt to "send".  I
am able to save and close the new appointment ...
