Is there a method for Archiving an Archive file? I would like to keep the old email's yet reclaim some hd space. I have over 5 years of Arvhieved email and would need to keep most for audit purposes. I use Outlook 2003 SP2.

How do I set up a recurring email automatically to go out everyday? I have to email the guys on site and get their schedule everyday. It would be nice if the email automatically was sent everyday to remind them to call me and let me know.

User-A sent a meeting request to User-B and then gets an Out of Office reply from User-C. User-B and User-C can access each others calendar, is that why that happens?
