I archived my outlook calendar. Now when I open Outlook the calendar will not

We have two computers here at work that have Office 2007; the rest have 2003.
It was a matter of a couple of clicks to share a calendar in 2003 with
editing permissions, I am unable to the same in 2007; when I click "share my
calendar" it sends a copy of the calendar as an email ...

I'm working on Outlook at work and would like to access/update my calendar at

Is there a way to use Outlook to generate a report on where I am spending my
time?  For example, can I use it to tell me how many hours a week I am

How can I create a default view that shows a rolling work week.  That is, it
always begins on the current day and also shows the next 4 work days.  I'd
like to have it in the same format as the Day/Week/Month view.

I am using Outlook 2003 Professional on XP.
I use my calendar like crazy (completely rely on it)…it is super!
Well, I just went to look at something back from 2005 and it wasn’t there!  
Nothing was!  I haven’t done anything like start over in 2006 or anything

Is there a way to print the monthly calendar in outlook 2007 WITHOUT double
spacing?  Also, I have 6 appointments for one day and outlooks monthly
calendar will only print 3 of them.    Thanks in advance.

I'm still hoping for some sort of answer regarding my inability to print more
than three items per day in monthly view.
If I have four or more items on a given day and print, or even preview a
monthly calendar, only three items per day will show up or print.

I have a user with 2 separate Exchange mailboxes. She wants to be able to

This maybe an Outlook or an Exchange server issue.  We are on Exchange 2003,
Outlook 2003.  Calendar events from some outside Organizations (also on
Exchange/Outlook 2k3) come through as .msg attachments, and the "Accept",
"Tentative", and "Decline" options are grayed-out, so ...

Currently, all appointments, except recurring ones fall out after four week.

when i was searching for an item in my calendar somehow my view has changed.
it now shows me a detailed list of all the appointments on my calendar. i can
