I'm using XP Home SP3 and Outlook 2002.
I've created three profiles - Personal / School / Business.  Each will have
a separate email address as soon as I figure out how.  I want to use just
one calendar, however, since these three profiles are all ME.

How do you export your calendar into excel or another program?

ALL my entries that span a weekend (e.g. holidays) do not print after the
first weekend date - in other words they do not carry into the second (or
subsequent) week.
Please please help.

I am working with OUtlook (2003) and exchange server at work. When you send
a meeting it only appears as tentative when it is opened (even if with the
read pane). Is it possible to make it automatically appear in the calendar as
Tentative once the meeting is sent.

I am trying to copy/paste/or otherwise transfer the entire calendar
with events onto a notebook computer.  How do I go about doing this?

I've installed Office 2007 and have a quick question (quick, I hope).
In Outlook 2003, when you set an appointment with a reminder, the
reminder indicator was  shown on the appointment.  In Outlook 2007,
the indication that you have a reminder on the appointment does not

in outlook 2007 clendar, when i add a recurrence, how can i sort the start
date column by month rather then by year?  my cell format is 6/28/2007 but it
sorts by year not month

How can I show one calendar to a group without giving them acces to all of my
calendars?

I want to be able to put one of those Click to Attend links in a flyer, so
that the receiver just needs to click on it and save it to their own Outlook
Calendar.  Anybody know how to set that up?  Using Outlook 2003 and Exchange

I need to set up a monthly calendar for my entire office that will show who
is in and out of the office.  I need for this to be able to be viewed by all
(obviously) and that everyone can get in themselves and input or change their
information.

When I print my calendar view in Daily Style it gives me the choice to
choose either to print No Tasks, Daily Task List, or To-Do-Bar for Tasks.  
But when I am printing a calendar of another person that I have access to
(both calender and tasks) this choice is grayed out and it ...

Our company moved to a new location and we have difference conference rooms.

When I view the company public folder by selecting it in "My Calendars" it
does not display the appointments. When I go to public folders to view it it
is fine. (Outlook 2007, Exchange 2007)

When I invite s.o. for a meeting and assign a category to this appointment.
The category gets deleted when sending the meeting request.
There is no rule active which could delete the category before sending.
How can I turn of this behavior?

i can only sync about three appointments with my treo 700w and outlook 2007
and have tried creating a new profile because there are some problems with
business contact manager and active sync etc..
