I have recently been given the duty as the meeting organizer for 4 different people. When I set up meetings for my boss (or anyone else) do I set them up from their calendar or mine. This is the confusion (my calendar or theirs?)

When trying to schedule appointments and reserve conference rooms using Outlook 2007, the free/busy information for 2 of my conference rooms do not come up. You can see appointments in there if you open the calendar. Suggestions?

My cfo is getting this event id everyday. All of his reminders are not working. I have tried to blow away his outlook profile and create it but that did not fix it. When he uses OWA the reminders work fine. He has the latest office 2003 patches. What can I do?

Several recurring appointments have been created on Outlook 2003 by a user, who subsequently owns the apts. This user has since resigned and had his account disabled. Is there anyway of changing the meeting owner without deleting the appointment and resending the update?

We LOVE the "public folder" Group Calendar. I gave permissions for everyone to add to the calendar, but only you can edit your entry. It's pretty user friendly, however, if an entry is wrong, we can't tell WHO made the entry, to have them edit their own entry. Please advise ...
