Trying to print several shared calendars as one. I can see all shared calendars side by side, but cannot figure out how to print them as one combined calendar

In previous versions of Outlook, there was a work week view and a full week view. The full week view displayed as boxes, not the calendar grid. Is it possible to display the calendar in boxes, or is this feature gone? Thanks.

I have moved across 8 time zones. When I adjusted time in my computer, all my appointments, festivals and birthdays jumped - creating a complete mess in my diary! Help! The same happened with my Ipaq, so I am completely lost.

In monthly view I can only see two appointments per day. In 2003 I could see more. How do I change the calendar size to show more appointments without going to weekly view? Thanks for any help.

Outlook 2000 When using 'month' view the calender displays the month name (May, June, etc.) only for the first day of the month. Is there any way to get it to display it for every day of the month?

Our office manager recently got shifted over to a "new" system (not an actual fresh install, just one she hadn't used in some time). I moved over her old PST/OST and pointed Outlook to them so that she would have her email archives and such. However, we're having an odd issue:
