By date, how far out will appointments display in the to-do bar? I have future (more than 30 days) appointments that do not appear in the to-do-bar. I have not exceeded the number of items to be displayed. Is there a certain time frame for appointments to appear in the list? ...

Ok, we are using Outlook 2003 calendar at 3 locations in the office, but each calendar is off by an hour. We have check the daylight savings box...verified the time zones...how can we fix this problem? HELP!

I have a recurring appointment set up on my Outlook 2003 calendar to remind me to go to lunch. If I open just one occurence and add someone's name to that occurence, will the person get an invitation to just that day, or to all of them? I ended up creating a separate meeting ...

I have created a recurring appointment that runs everyday and i have flagged as out of office in outlook 2007. However in exchange 2003 webmail they do not show up.

Is there a way to display the full day (e.g., 0800 -- 1700) in the day and/or week view (instead of seeing only a half day and having to scroll vertically between the top and bottom halves of the day)?

If Scott or Sarah do an "Invite Attendees" to each other through the exchange server to date and time become When it is sent not what was in the appintment. If this is done to an internet address it works normal. The sender's calandar has the intended appointment.

When we forward a meeting request it is no longer reflecting the name of the person that forwarded it. It appears to come from the organizer. Why is that?

Two designates -- both putting meetings on the same managers calendar with "Editor" access rights. Can they each make changes to the manager's meetings, even if the other designate set it up originally? We are using Outlook 2003.
