I'm trying to mark several appointments in my Outlook 2003 agenda, so they won't get synchronized to my mobile agenda. Is this possible ? I've already tried to make them private, but still they got synchronized.

My CEO at times has calendar items appear either an hour ahead of it original scheduled time or an hour after its original scheduled time. He does use a Treo 700wx which through Active Sync syncs his calendar, contacts, tasks and email. He does travel a lot. Would the fact that ...

Whenever I click on Calendar, then on the New button, the date defaults to Monday regardless of what day of the week it is. How do I change this to default to whatever day today is?

Good day, and thanks for taking the time to read. I have a bunch of reminders (54) popping up, but pressing the ‘dismiss all ‘ button only clears them for a few seconds. After which they ALL popup again. How can I DISMISS them? It just doesn’t sound right does it?

When attempting to print my calendar, all multi day meetings print off page and do not wrap to next day when going from Sunday to Monday. I have repaired with the orginal disk and problem was not fixed.

Hello. We have seen a situation here wherein when inviting people to a meeting and checking the schedule of those people, we are able to view their actual appointments, not just if they are busy/out of office/or tentative busy.

I am currently running Outlook 2007 with Outlook Connector. I was previously able to access my regular Outlook Calandar, however, now when I attempt to access my Outlook Calendar it is freezing and causing Outlook to shut down.

How can I annotate an appointment that has been scheduled, and then canceled so that I still have the original note that the appoint was made, but it is not "active" any more. In other words I want to keep the fact that there was originally an appointment, but it was canceled.
