I maintain several calendars for my organization. I need other people to be able to view all the calendars. My issue is that they can only see the default calendar on the site. I have setup the permissions all the same way for all the calendars.

Most of the bookings on my calendar are listed as All Day Events. The calendar keeps changing them to timed events and adds extra days. Is there a way to stop this from happening? Thanks...

As far as I can tell, Outlook 2003 doesn't allow basic control of the date format in the header. I'd like today's date in the day and week calendar views to be headed "Thur 5 July" but it seems I'm stuck with "05 Jul" because that's the way Microsoft fixes it.

Is there a way to show a shared calendar instead of a users default one? When we switch it, close outlook the re-open it always shows the users calendar which she does not use. Thanks!

For some strange reason I can not see the days of the week in the calendar when I have the 7 days view. The date appears on each day but not the name of the day of the week, and it is really annoying not to know if I am watching at the Wednesday or Friday.... can somebody help me ...

My job is shift work so, that means I work either a day, evening, or night shift. When I schedule the evening and night shifts the appointment appears twice because those shifts run through midnight. Is there any way to make it appear only on the day the appointment starts?

I use Outlook 2007 and most of my appointments are set as "All Day Events". Outlook keeps changing these to timed events, and upon doing that it adds an extra day to the event. Even to holidays such as the 4th of July. Any suggestions??
