Some years back I created a calendar in Outlook 2003 for use as a daily grooming and medication chart for my little white dog. Each event is a recurring event, ranging from daily to monthly, and I set it up to recur for one calendar year.

I'm not sure what happened to change it, but when I look at my calendar, it no longer shows the complete time scheduled. All meetings/appointments, whether they are 30 min. or 3 hours in length show up only as a 30-minute block.

Is Outlook capable of sending out a meeting reminder to attendees? Is there some way that you can program all meeting attendees of a particular upcoming meeting? For example - - the morning of a meeting, outlook sends an email reminding attendees of the meeting.

When scheduling 'all-day' events, the default is to show the time as 'free' which makes no sense. The default should either be 'out of office' or 'busy'.
