I'm using Outlook 2003 and when I make an appointment in my calendar, it does
not give me the option for a bi-yearly recurrence.  Please help.

When scheduling 'all-day' events, the default is to show the time as 'free'
which makes no sense. The default should either be 'out of office' or 'busy'.
