I have a conference room B332 that I've checked Automatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations. I've also checked the decline conflicts. The permissions are set to have Default with Author rights. when I invite the room, it NEVER puts it in the calendar!!

I used to have access to a previous manager's calendar and her name appears in my "Other Calendars" folder on the left task pane for Outlook. She has taken away my ability to see her calendar but I don't know how to eliminate her name from appearing in the list of Other ...

I read online somewhere that it is possible to do, but that I had to add the Service Pack 1 or later. I did that and restarted my comp, but now I can't remember where the info was.

Is there a way to distribute Group Schedules? Group schedules provide an excellent way to view resource calendars, but each user apparently has to create his own. I would like to distribute them to multiple users. Thanks.
