Whever I start Outlook 2007, I get the message "There was a problem reading
one or more of your reminders. Some reminders may not appear."

I am attempting to archive my Calendar in Outlook 2003.  
I have many old meetings, many of which have attachments.  I do not want to
delete them, so I am trying to archive them.

Is there a way to eliminate showing the hours before and after the times I've
allocated for the calendar (they are currently shaded but can still be seen).
This takes up so much room and I want to be able to see all the hours at
once.

We have several exchange 2000 calenders set up as resources. All work fine
except one which when you try to look at free/busy info or just book a
meeting using that calender it will crash outlook 2003 clients with a error
message to forward to microsoft - the culprit it says is ...

I need to invite a group of clients to a roundtable discussion, and was asked
to keep it blind -- how to do that?
the "vote yes no or maybe" buttons are not a good idea (want results to show
on my calendar and theirs).

I would like to change the calendar time scale from 1-12 am/pm to a
1-24 hrs scale.

Our environment:  Outlook 2003 SP2, Windows XP SP2 and Exchange 2003
Our issue:  Send a meeting request to two specific - one appears in the
calendar before you accept it and one doesn't.

One of our users has her calendar filled with meetings and events.  She says
that after about a month or so, these events disappear.  She needs them to
stay.  This may be related to the autoarchiving.  How does autoarchive handle
calendar events and how can I prevent these events ...

How can I print meeting responses that are user friendly, sortable and
printable similar to what I see in the "tracking tab" view.
Currently, I copy and paste responses into Word or Excel but there has to be
a more efficient way.

Is it possible to enter an event with a TBD date?

I want to print a weekly calendar that spans two 8 1/2 X 11 pages. The week
must begin with Sunday. The calendar options are set to begin on Sunday, but
when I preview the calendar, it begins with Monday. What needs to be done?
