I would like to post an FYI notice for some particular days to some

I have C level exec who is having trouble with outlook 2003. If you set him
up for a meeting he never gets the email to Accept or Decline. It
automatically goes to his calendar as tentative. He never knows he has
anything. Anyone run into something similar?

instead of just deleting a completed appointment how do I remove it from the
calendar after it is completed?

I have been trying to get a public calendar going at my school for

Calendar entries disappear at will.  My assistant makes appointments
and uses the "invite attendies" function to forward them to me and I
accept them into my calendar.  some of the appointments randomly
disappear throughout the week for no apparent reason.  Help!?
