How may I mark off items as done so when I view the screen display or print
out the monthly calendar that it item appearance signifies it has been
completed?  I do know of color label coding, but many of my to-do's routine &

I have succeeded to display the Outlook calendar using automation using
the "Display" method. This will open the calendar pointing at the
current date, but how can I make it display any other given date ?

What I want (And I am sure others would)  is the option to set an
Appointment time but to have an addjustable  sliding buffer for the pre and
post arrangements.

We have a public folder which is our MOT diary for the company, but we are
having an intermittent problem.
2 everyday recurring appointments have been created for 10:00 to 11:00 and
13:00 to 14:00 everyday.

has Fast Of Gedalia as a Jewish Religious holiday. Correct date is 09/16/2007.

I want to send a personal appointment to a public calendar.  However, the
e-mail address is hidden from the GAL.  How can I find it?
I do not own the calendar and am not an administrator.

In Outlook 2002 I'm able to open with the personal calendar. The personal
calendar opens in OUtlook. I have been able to get a "shared" calendar to
appear through the file/open area. The "shared" calendar now appears with the
number 1 desigination followed by the name, Clerk. If ...

We just migrated to Outlook from Lotus Notes.  In Lotus Notes, if we received
a meeting invite and were not able to attend we could delegate the meeting to
someone else to attend in our place.  
Is this feature available in Outlook?

I am using the printing assistant for a weekly calendar.  How can I prevent
an all day event from printing as  a 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM  appointment?

When I try to delete or edit a recurring appointment in Outlook calendar, I
get the message "can't open this item.  The object could not be found."  So I
can't get rid of them or edit them.  Any thoughts?
