home user of outlook 2007. trial version. want to set up calendar sharing with family .. not sure how to do this. have looked at online help ... a bit confusing. do not understand "exchange" server referenced and if there is a cost for this.

Is it possible to let people who you have given permission to view your calendar see the subject and location of an appointment but not the notes contained in the appointment? As far as I can see if you make an appointment private others cannot see any of the detail.

I am looking to change the format of the weekly printed calendar view. I would like to left align the activities, wrap the events so I see all displayed instead of an arrow to indicate more entries and to show the days going down and then accross.

In Outlook you can add colored lables to your appointments by right clicking onthe appointment and selecting label from the resulting menu. Is that possible with Outlook 2007.
