I have a recurring item on my calendar for the 16th of every month. How do I get this item to display on Friday or Monday if the 16th falls over the weekend? Can Outlook accommodate this?

I want to set up a appointment recurrence every 4 days but only inlcude my 5 day work week. So if it starts on monday it will again be posted on Friday, then it will skip the weekend and post 4 days after Monday on the Thursday.

Has anyone figured out how to compress the weekend days for Outlook 2007? It is hard to believe they would completely take away an option that 2003 defaulted to.
