We have an event calendar for all church events. I am trying to allow this
calendar to show in the Exec. Admin's Calendar selections but am having no
success. Any suggestions?

ow can you pick several date through out  they year (no set schedule) and add
them all at one time through outlook. (Same meeting, varies time throught the

I've figured out how to send my access/excel data to the calendar, but I need
to group items by color, like you do with labeling.  Since labels aren't a
field, any ideas on how to import events and have them display in color
according to a category or other method?

I AM SCHEDULING NEXT YEAR APPOINTMENTS, HOW CAN I DO THIS WITHOUT CHANGING
BACK AND FORTH FROM DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME.  ALL MY APPOINTMENTS ARE OFF BY

I have my calendar options set so reminders will show when calendar is not
running.  When my reminders come on, they blink, but they are minimized and
do not pop up on my screen which means I sometimes do not notice them.

In other calenders I have been able to put in a event, such as a birthday,
and by using their birth day, it would show up in the calender view as for
