I'm in London and want to schedule a meeting with someone in Boston. When I click on New | Meeting request I see that he's free at 3:00pm and so am I ... but that's useless information as 3pm my time is 10:00am my time. So instead of seeing the UK time of 3:00pm for both of us ...

Had my system time changed from Central to Eastern time last week. When I opened my Outlook calendar my all day appts. scattered across two days vs one. I am making the assumption the time change had something to do with my calendar problems. Help?

In my Outlook 2007 I have found that the system automatically sets a weekly recurrance of a single -scheduled event if I simply alter the color category. This seems to happen whether I open the event or use the right click shortcut "categorize." Has anyone else run across this? ...

We use Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server. We have 10 meeting rooms with different capacities. I want to be able to book a meeting and to choose a room - if that one isn't free then can Outlook suggest another room (bearing in mind different capacities). What's the best

Hi. Can I just print one category of appointments in Outlook 2003 (i.e. one color of appointments)? I only see the option to print a blank calendar or all appointments. Can I temporarily hide some categories of appointments? Thanks,

I organized a meeting on my calendar for my boss. I need for the meeting to be in on his calendar. Is there any way to remove myself as the organizer? Or what would be the best way to do this without canceling the meeting and re-scheduling on his calendar?
