In our office we have shared calendars that everyone can see. Does anyone know if there is a way of adding reminders in a shared calendar so that the reminder pops up on everyone's computer who has access to that calendar?

I have Microsoft Office Ultimate but use Outlook most of the time for scheduling, events etc. Every time I open it up, it starts the default calendar instead of the one I had saved from a preveious version. (2002) I then have to uncheck the default and check my previous one I had ...

I would like to be able to display up to 3 months of appointments and events from my calendar on the Personal Folders screen. In addition I would like to display up to 3 months in my Calendar folder. Is this possible and how can I do so?

Is it possible to re-send a meeting request to a contact (who has already been invited but the request didn't show up in their inbox) - without resending the request to everyone already invited? Thanks!

All, Outlook 2007 as POP3 client on XP SP2. My reminders are popping up a day early. All Windows Update DST patches have been installed. Outlook & Windows time zone are the same.

I would like to adjust the size of the squares for the monthly calander view so that more than two appointments will show on each day. I do not want to have to switch to the weekly view in order to see the appointments for each day. Is it possible to have more than two ...

We have a group of about 50 users on an Exchange 2003 server who are having calendaring issues. When they send and receive meeting invitations or updates to or from users with a different Outlook version multiple appoinments are created and mulitple cancellations

What I want to do is, when I create a meeting/all day event, and set it to "out of office" it will automatically turn on an out of office assistant for my email that lets people know I am not in the office. It is really simple, but I can't seem to find anything on how to do it?
