In our office we have shared calendars that everyone can see.
Does anyone know if there is a way of adding reminders in a shared calendar
so that the reminder pops up on everyone's computer who has access to that
calendar?

I have Microsoft Office Ultimate but use Outlook most of the time for
scheduling, events etc. Every time I open it up, it starts the default
calendar instead of the one I had saved from a preveious version. (2002) I

I would like to be able to display up to 3 months of appointments and events
from my calendar on the Personal Folders screen. In addition I would like to
display up to 3 months in my Calendar folder.

All,
Outlook 2007 as POP3 client on XP SP2. My reminders are popping up a day
early. All Windows Update DST patches have been installed. Outlook & Windows
time zone are the same.

We have a group of about 50 users on an Exchange 2003 server who are

What I want to do is, when I create a meeting/all day event, and set it to

I have 2 related issues  ......
A) When My Outlook 2003 tries to open a pop up box appears and asks me
for a personal folders password. I recently saved a new PST file, to

I mad an appointment for myself, however the "send" opeion isn't on the
toolbar for me to be able to place the appointment on my calendar....
