Have Outlook 2003 with Xp but no Internet to access at current. We have networking via cable between computers and wish to share the same calendar for appointments entered from both computers. Could someone please advise or direct on how we may enter/add appointments

When my co workers view the shared calendar I publish, they can only see the calendar in "day view" or "week view." I would like them to see it in monthly view like I do on Microsoft Outlook. Any suggestions or answers will help me. Thanks! Tina
