I used to be able to "drag & drop" an appointment from one date to another.  
Now it doesn't move.  It seems to be locked.   I see a circle with a slash
through it when I try to right click on the appointment and drag it to
another date.  Does anyone know why, or how to "unlock" ...

The yellow highlighting is not showing up on the small calendar on the side
of my large calendar that displays the selected time period (day, week,
month, etc.).  Any thoughts.

I manage 5 different executive calendars and I receive all the invites for
them in my email along with my own.   Is there a way to color code the invite
so when it comes in my inbox, I can tell which executive the invite was
directed to?  I have tried every way possible...

I'm looking to create a .ics or something that I can distribute to a whole

I have them on my 2007 calendar but I cannot get them added to my 2008
calendar; I am using Outlook 2003 and when I say "add" it says they are

Company schedule is determined by tasks/appointments on certain workdays of
the month, regardless of the calendar day number.  Is there a way to schedule
and repeat events or tasks by workdays?

our IT company created a group calendar but it only shows old information.
our IT company cannot figure out why it is not synchronizing and updating in

(inbox, calendar, etc.)  Unfortunately, the calendar doesn't download any
data after the current date.  I can't see future appointments.  I'd like to
