Not sure if this is possible, but I have created an appointment form in
Outlook 2003, and I would like to use it to create appointments on a public
calendar. Is this possible. We are using Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003.

A semi-solution would be to display the start & end times for each appt in
the actual appointment (instead of having to determine the time by lining it
up with the times on the far left of the screen).  Does anyone know how to

I am trying to extend free/busy time from two months to 12 months via
KB867504.  I was able to do this successfully for Outlook 2003 users,
but my Outlook XP users are not getting the change.  I have installed
both ork.exe and orktools.exe per the KB and still no luck.  Any ideas
