I set up meetings at my job for 4-5 people. However, each meeting I organize,
shows up on my calendar but I don't attend any of them. How can I eliminate

When I select a time I want to input an occurence and right click on it to
input information about that timeslot, it defaults to the current time.
Even if I type on the actual calendar at a time later in the week, it will
automatically put that occurence at the current time.
