For health reasons I should get up and stretch every 30 minutes. It would be good to have an alarm system so I don't forget. I could make an appointment for each half-hour and then make them all recurring daily, but that would fill the entire calendar with non-productive items. ...

I set up meetings at my job for 4-5 people. However, each meeting I organize, shows up on my calendar but I don't attend any of them. How can I eliminate this?

the school i work in runs on a 6 day timetable. it is possible to select a recurrence that would work with that pattern?

When I select a time I want to input an occurence and right click on it to input information about that timeslot, it defaults to the current time. Even if I type on the actual calendar at a time later in the week, it will automatically put that occurence at the current time.
