How do I stop a recurrence without deleting the appointment completely? I'd like to keep the information about the appointment in my archives, but if I click 'Remove Recurrence' as the 'Help' menu suggests, Outlook deletes the entire appointment from day one. Does anyone have a ...

Hi there, I'm using Office '03, SP3, and every Outlook meeting or appt is defaulting to 'recurring.' This is a big problem as I'm setting meetings w/clients etc. I can't figure this out at all, and I consider myself an Office expert. What's going on?

How can I see the appointment TIMES in the monthly view? I have the display setting on "High" and am unable to see the appointment times, only the 'subject' is displayed. Thank you for any assistance!

Outlook 2002 My co-worker wants to put an icon on the Outlook Shortcut Bar to my calendar, but since we cannot expand the mailbox to see the calendar folder we are unable to do this.

Office XP (Outlook 2002 - SP3). Is it possible to transfer the calendar data from one PST file to another? We have a user that we've just set up with a new PST file as the default mail delivery location as the old PST was close to the 2 Gig limit.

My calendar is in GMT. I have a number of appointments set up in CET (GMT +1) When I expert to a .csv or .xls file, some but not all of the CET appointments are one hour late.

I have set up several rules in Outlook 2003 calendar automatic formatting to color calender entries based on key words in the subject line. (An airplane fight automatically appears as blue just because it contains the letters SFO, or LAX etc.)
