It's been a few years since I worked outlook calendars...having issue with
boss in Central time and me in Eastern...and he travels.  We both enter in
his calendar...I am place his local meetings in at his time zone.  But when
he's traveling, let's say in eastern time, what time ...

How do I stop a recurrence without deleting the appointment completely? I'd

Hi there, I'm using Office '03, SP3, and every Outlook meeting or appt is
defaulting to 'recurring.' This is a big problem as I'm setting meetings
w/clients etc. I can't figure this out at all, and I consider myself an

How can I see the appointment TIMES in the monthly view? I have the display
setting on "High" and am unable to see the appointment times, only the
'subject' is displayed.

I am using Outlook 2003 and have all my reminders appearing in the same
pop-up box.  I know it is a new feature, but I don't like it.  I liked the
old version where you got 1 pop-up for each reminder.

My co-worker wants to put an icon on the Outlook Shortcut Bar to my
calendar, but since we cannot expand the mailbox to see the calendar folder
we are unable to do this.

I have set up several rules in Outlook 2003 calendar automatic formatting to
color calender entries based on key words in the subject line.  (An airplane
fight automatically appears as blue just because it contains the letters SFO,
or LAX etc.)
