When I declined a calendar appointment, I'd like to have the appointment remain on my calendar, but show the time as available. By default, Outlook removes the appointment when I decline the appointment. Is there a way to override this?

I too have unread items in calendar. I have tried the "mark all as read" and the command line startup switches /cleanfreebusy and /cleanreminders. I have also done the advanced find and sorted by category. I am ready for the next step.

My boss is going on a trip and I would like to print out just the 4 days that he will be gone and all the appointments that occur on those days. I would like to print them on 1 page. The only option that I can find is to print 1 day or 1 week.

I would like to be able to post a note on my Outlook calendar. I have tried to go "all electronic" for my calendar functions, but I miss being able to write daily notes on my paper calendar. Something similar to the notes function in Excel would suffice.

We use a group calendar schedule and have intermittent problems with some members showing "no information." The individual calendar details show up when opened separateley, just no info in the group view. What causes this and how do I fix it?
