I manage 2 busy calendars where I work.  In the past, appointments have just
disappeared off of my bosses calendars.  Has anyone experienced this?  If so,
do you know what causes this to happen?  Thanks much!

My calendar still *exists*... just can't see it in the folders view
with the rest of the good 'ol 'inbox, sent items, deleted items, etc.'
But, I can go to the 'Outlook Today' page, and click on the calendar,
and see my calendar just fine... I need to find what I've done with it

When I add an appointment on the calendar and click off of it, it
automatically scedules a weekly recurrence.  I have to go back in and set it
to NONE.

When a meeting is updated, the word 'update' is displayed as the first word
in the subject line. I do not want it to show. Is there a solution (other

user has left the dpartment but he still has reoccuring meetings in confrence
rooms scheduled. other users are unable to schedule meetings in the confrence
room without it rejecting their request. how do you remove those reoccuring

After setting up a view with 2 or more calendars and then leaving the
calendar tab (i.e. to email) and returning to calendar the mulit view is lost
and only the default calendar is in view?  Any way to make it retain the
multi calendar view?

Is there a way to create new templates for the Calendar Printing Assistant?
I'm looking for a really plain monthly view. I hate the default ones with the
number in the center of each day. When you print it, the appointments are
