My boss printed her calendar the other day and some of the message in the Location box was not visible. Is it possible to set the calendar to wrap so that all information that will be printed on a page whether it's in the subject or location?

When I import vcalendar files into Outlok 2007 the appointment times are set back 5 hours. I am in the central zone, if they were exactly GMT they would be 6 hours, but I need to know how to reset this so i can import the files and get correct times.

Using OL2007 on XP. Is there any way to control the number of weeks that print on a calendar when printing a monthly view? Because of family's busy schedules, I usually print 2 a month. My settings are set to not print a month per page. I like the ability to print week ranges.

In Office 2007, Outlook just hangs whenever we try and print any calendar views. All other printing (email, etc.) is fine. OS is Vista. HP 7360 Photosmart.

I had an older calendar backed up. I need the appointment details, but all I seem to be able to import are blank calendars. However, there is (257) next to the folder and I suspect it might the record of all my appointments if I could just get to it.
