When you print your calendar, like a month view can you have the ledgend print on it as well. We are wanting to pass them out at a meeting but no one will know what the colors mean.

Please Help!! I love having the option of sharing calendars with my co workers, however i get a prompt to sign in for each one of their passwords, more than twice a day! Is there anyway around this? if not then it is not worth my time.
