I'm using Outlook 2007 and I'm trying to publish my calendar to Office
Online. When the  'Publish Calendar' dialog box comes up, the Whole Calendar
option under Time Span is disabled. Why is that? I've published my calendar
from my work account just fine.

Is there a way to synchronize my Outlook Calendars so that an appointment on
my home computer is reflected on the laptop I use on the road?
I've heard about something called a "VPN" but am not sure what that is
exactly and if that would be the solution...

Hi, we are experiencing issue with slow opening of shared calendars
(outlook2003/Ex2K3) the problem occurs intermittently opening quickly once
and then upto 15-20sec’s the next time. Unable to find anything relevant on
this. Would love to know what is going on in the background ...

Please tell me how I get to send and receive meeting invites from people who
are not on the same network.  E.g. I get meeting invites from an outside
company and that request comes through as an email.  I actually then have to
go into my calender and add it as an appointment.

I am trying to locate a system to keep track of 100 individual calendars over

I would like to print a 12 month long calendar of just the day/date.

I would like to print a week in the daily style, but print only days with
appointments.  I want to suppress printing days that have no appointments.

We setup some users with new install of Outlook 2007. When they
create/edit/save a appointment, nothing is added to body of calendar item.  
When they create a new Meeting Request (aka invite people to an appointment),
a footer is added to the body of the meeting request with the ...

Is there a way to customize the Day/Month/Year view to include an inbox pad
view, in much the same way the taskpad view can be added to the above
Calender view. Could be a real time saver from clicking to different files.

How come "recurring events" (like birthdays, etc.) have been archived?  Is
it because they were created in an older version of Outlook?  Using XP - 2003.

Is there a way to have appointments and tasks from another calendar also
appear in mine?

I want to set my Outlook calendar reminder to "1 minute" before the meeting,
which is not one of the pre-set options.  Is there a way to set this up in
Outlook 2007?  Thanks.
