I have a personal calender and a Training calendar. my personal calender is
my main "Calender" but i want to share the training one how do i go about
doing that?

My Boss wants her laptop and the office desktop to share the Outlook calendar
and for us each to be able to make entries.  I need info to set them up.

I am a virtual assistant and work with several clients to help them with
their scheduling.  We do not have a shared server.  Is there a way to use
Outlook 2007 to view and edit their calendars?  So far all I can find is the
view feature.

I'm using Outlook 2003. Is there a way to make a copy of an existing
calender item so that everything is the same apart from the date/time
to save having to re-key it or cut and paste in bit?

Ok, one of my users has a problem with her outlook 2003 sp2
WHen she creates a meeting with a bunch of people, goes to add/remove a
user, no dialog box  pops up for "do you want to send to all attendes..."
etc.  Just goes out, and the users are sent the update.  Its irrating for ...

Using OL2007, event starts Saturday and finishes on Monday with full 7 day
view.
Looks good on screen, but when I print it goes off right side of page, does
not show anything for Sunday/Monday?

Office 2007 outlook freezes when previewing or printing calendar in monthly
view - weekly view work fine?

I currently have my calendar default set to reviewer,  however I did not
realize that gave anyone access to review my files within the meeting request
as well.  Is there a way to maintain the calendar share for all but not allow
them to view the attached files.

I would like to setup a public calendar for my group that will display
everyone's meetings on one calendar. Currently we have a public calender that
everyone has to copy their meetings onto, and then go back and update both if
anything changes. Any ideas?

When I go to resource scheduling, only the top option of "processing meeting
requests" is available.  The next 2 options are grayed out.  Is this a
setting that would need to be edited in Exchange?

How can i adjust my outlook calender to only show/view my active hours and
not my non-active hours?  I have a very small monitor and space is scarce.

How does one remove future recurrences without removing past appointments or
removing changes to past appointments?  If a meeting is set up with
recurrences, sometimes that weekly meeting might be canceled, so I delete
that meeting on the particular date.  Sometimes this meeting ...

I have a ton of events in Outlook and just today they decided to not open;
none of them. I've tried righ click, OPEN and nothing. Any ideas? Thanks

I want to set appointments etc on one desktop and have it sync with another
desktop on the same computer. Any suggestions

On the print preview and when I print if I have say a Thurs to Tues vacation
multiday event block it cuts off at Sun.
Also I cannot drag around appoinments on calendar
