With Exchange/Outlook 2003 clients, is it normal that a not yet accepted
appointment is already in the calendar of the invited member, or should it
not appear there before the appoitiment is accepted?

Appointments have randomly gone missing from Outlook 2007, however the
reminders have remained.  I'm assuming the appointments still exist
somewhere, but can't bring them back.  I've also lost appointments without
reminders.  How do I get them back?
