When we receive meeting requests in outlook (and accept them) - they go into our personal calendars. Is there a way to have them update a seperate calendar as well - specifically, a public calendar? Thanks for the help!

In the print preview, appointments color coded show up. However, when I print, it prints in B&W.

According the IPOD in concern to the IPOD video which has a calendar, you should be able to export your Outlook calendar into your IPOD calendar... I've been reading and poking and have not had any success. Has anyone been able to do this and how?

I'm using Windows Live Hotmail & Outlook 2007 with the Office Outlook Connector. I have my contacts syncronized and can check email.. I understand it is an additional subscription service to sync my calendar and I am considering that.

I often create similar events within the calendar (MS OL 2003 sp2 on XP). I used to be able to open a calendar event, select File>Copy to Folder>Calendar>Okay, and before I chose Save and Close, I would change the start time to reflect the new date. This used to save my copied ...

Lets say, it is emergency and I want to find my spouse. I know he/she is in meeting but I don't know which building/room etc. If I can ask him to share his calender in such a way that I can always see only the location of his meetings it will be very useful

I love getting calendar reminders ... but I've often closed the reminder pop-up and then still forgot to go to my appointment. How great it would be to have a button that says "Countdown" which would start a clock that would beep or something in intervals leading up to my event. ...

I have created 3 subfolders that I want to share with coworkers. How do I do this? It seems that they only have access to my default calendar. I am on a microsoft exchange server.
