I work in an office where I am responsible for managing several people's calendars and then sync them to their mobile device. Is it possible to sync different calendars to different devices using Outlook?

Is there any way to make the recurrance option in ms outlook 2003 greater than 1 yearly? i.e. I want to be reminded every 5 years Sorry if this is posted elsewhere but Ive looked and couldnt find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! It used to be the case that when I created a new task item from the to- do bar, it would automatically be assigned a Start and Due date of Today. Now, now date is assigned. I filter out all my no-date items

I have 3 calendars (personal, kids stuff & work). I am wondering if there is a way to link all 3 into 1 main calendar so I don't have to search through all 3 before I schedule something, but on the same hand I want to keep the individual calendars.

I publish my Outlook Calender (am running Office 2007 on Vista) to Microsofts Calendar Web-server: https://calendars.office.microsoft.com But since we changed to winter time all my appointments appear one-hour off in the we-calendar!!!??

I have 2 different calendars in Outlook - one is for personal use & the other is shared. Some of my appointments need to get posted to both calendars. Is there a way to link the calendars and post once instead of twice?

Can the month view in calendar be changed to show only weekdays? Very little space in the 2007 version. No need to have weekends visible. I can't find the how to make changes.
