Each time I try to categorize my appointments in Office Outlook 2007, an
ongoing weekly recurrence is automatically created for each event. is this a

In Outlook 2003 working hours and non working hours were coloured slightly
differently. Can the same be done in Outlook 2007?

My office uses both Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2003.  We have recently
converted to booking conference rooms using the Outlook Resources feature.

I have a user who claims that Outlook sent a cancellation notice to the
attendees when she changed the meeting time. The meeting still exists in her
calendar. How can this be?

when I attempted to make an entry in the calender I received this massage:
"the form to review this message cannot be displayed"

While attempting to create a new appointment in MS Outlook 2003, instead of
the appointment dialog box coming up I receive an error message stating "The
required form could not be displayed, contact your administrator."
Please help.
