In OL2003, when are in Calendar View, how do you display a Public Folders
Calendar in the "Other Calendars" section?  Can you do that?

My office is small and we are running Outlook and Office basic.  We used a
shared calendar.  I am tasked with making sure that everyone gets to where
they need to be.  However I am unable to set up reminders on my computer for

I have an individual that when he receives a meeting request via the calendar
it tries to route to an old receptionist account. Where can I turn this off?
I have checked on the client and server and can't seem to find anything. Your
help is very much appreciated.

I am able to right click on the calendar and delete it. But it comes back
after some time. I have even removed my mail profile and created a new
profile. It looks like this setting is somehow stored on the exchange server
and I have no idea how to get rid of it.

I had an organizer invite me to a never ending appointment for a project. The
project has ended. How do I delete the future repeating appointments with out
effecting the ones in the past?

This week I have tried to save items to my calendar and they keep
disappearing. I can save items to our Program Director and they stay in his
calendar but when I try to save to mine within 3 minutes they are gone.
Our techs are scratching their heads on this one.

got an exchange 2000 sp4 server. when i go to create a new appointment and
click on the scheduleing tab, i enter the user name  but can only see if that

We have our CEO that currently mainly uses a Public Calendar as his main
calendar, however when meetings get booked through email and he accepts they
will only go into his personal calendar (I understand this is normal
behaviour).  

I would like to be able to see the room bookings of two room resource
calendars in a single calendar view and potentially to print/export. Is there
a way to do this in Outlook?
I don't want to copy/transfer this information to achieve the result as that
